As per the Manpower Requirement from the client the required categories along with the job description is advertised and the candidates are thus asked to provide their updated CVs and other relevant documents such as previous experience letters etc.
We scrutinize all the applications and thus consider only those CVs for Interview which are relevant as per the job description provided by the client.
The candidates are then asked to appear for the Interview and for testing skills of candidates under certain categories such as carpenters, masons, electricians etc. we conduct a practical test at the trade test center under the supervision of experts.
For the candidates who pass the practical test a further discussion is done with each candidate to know more about their previous work experience.
After the Interview the CVs of the shortlisted candidates are then provided to the clients for further process.
We do understand that the entire Interview process is done to choose suitable candidates for our clients but for those candidates who are not able to pass the interviews we try our best to help them understand the areas in which they could improve so that they could have a better chance of being hired in the future.
Once the Visa process is completed, we make sure that the candidate is well oriented regarding the work culture and his duties and responsibilities in the hiring company before his flight to the country of employment.
